The Wify is not stable at all and you need to pay extra fee for parking (1000yen) and hot shower (8min/100yen). Besides, never book the 5-person room. It is extremely small than ever I meet in Japan. people can only lay on the bed and the space for standing allow only one or two persons in the entire room.

Friendly staff, very clean. The lady running the house is wonderful, very kind.

The location was difficult, hard to get into central Kyoto and you have to change trains a few times. Also at the hotel you have to pay extra for a shower and electricity, it was only about 500yen more for me but i would have prefered it if that were in the price already - make the price of a room 500 yen more expensive and then you wont have angry/confused guests
